Disable via wim, wsd feature, from ip configuration
Panel, remove the TCP Port from Windows , remove completely the device from Windows printer panel, reinstal from zero the printer and recreate the TCP Port for refresh It, use pcl6 Ricoh driver (type "mpc xxxx driver" on Google, and click on the First line proposed from Ricoh official downloads)

In Extreme case, can Need remove the Windows driver from Windows management console...but this Is another story.

Or just go to Ricoh Global , Support & Downloads | Global | Ricoh. From there you select your region and country.

what i had said, it's a shortcut, my boss pointed it out to me a few years ago, if you do so, it opens directly the link of your machine, and in the language of your country, the version of the operating system, and everything else, on the fly, you just have to choose [download], if the internet is fast, (fortunately 95% of the time) it is very fast for installation on multiple PCs in series

That's a good point - it's unlikely a need for a PS3 option if problem occure across other applications, too.

And even if not, it's not really necessary in most cases - even for color prints/MFPs I find that the PCL driver often delivers better print quality compared to PS3. Of course PS3 can outperform PCL here and there, especially if the files are made properly (CMYK optimized) with appropriate and properly used applications like Indesign.
