Ricoh MP C3004ex & 4504ex ITB ROLLER Part Num required

Hi All,

I was hoping to find the Part num for roller that fits the bushings D2416346 & D2416347 in the ITB unit. The roller part number isn't shown in the parts manual and i am sure the IMC 3000 IMC3010 series use the same part. We normally replace the bushings as necessary, however, we have had a few ITB belts snap and found the roller shaft worn.

Part is not available- I have asked Ricoh europe to add this P/N - Japan said there is no need, so you have to replaced the whole ITB unit

If that roller is worn then chances are the transfer rollers are also worn out.

Replacing the complete transfer unit will give you another 400k + prints.

Thank you all, will have to order the complete unit. Not really economical if more fail.
