Ricoh Pro 5100S Fiery does not show on touch panel

Good morning people.


After a technician runs SP5801 on the printer, my fiery does not appear on the printer panel.


Is there any bit switch or command to enable this function?

Why on earth did the engineer memory clear it? Follow the Fiery installation instructions in the service or Fiery manual, several SP modes need to be changed.

I don't suppose he had the intelligence take an NVRam back up before he ran that all clear?
If not this machine will have all kinds of issues.
Read the service manual it explains what SP settings you need to change back.

Start with typing in the SP from the birth certificate. After that do the Fiery installation from the manual.

Without the birth certificate your machine is toasted.
