MP 2055/2555/3055/3555/4055/5055/6055 firmware needs

Hi fellow technicians ,
I am technician who lives in Toronto but sadly i dont have access to tsrc website to download 5series firmware.
Does anybody can help with this matter?

reach out to ricoh so they can get you access to the tsrc website? plus use the tool

Lots of options......Run a manual update in SP mode, OR set machines to auto update in SP mode, or, yes, use the FREE tool as suggested.
No TSRC access required
