Aficio 1015 Back of dirty sheets

Aficio 1015, dirty the back, at the top, of the first printed page (if you print a document of multiple pages, the only first sheet is dirted, from the second onwards are perfect).

I'm going crazy, I made an accurate cleaning, replaced the drum and the fuser roller .... but I didn't solve the problem.

According to you, what could it be ??

    You're "going crazy"?
You didn't even do a proper PM.
C'mon...do the developer and/or transfer roller.

Very very common when you go too long without replacing the transfer roller. Using non Ricoh toner and developer will make it worse. If the problem returns quickly after replacing the PTR, turn on Transfer Roller Cleaning SP 2996-1. This will cause the first copy time to increase as that is when the cleaning takes place.

        This.
And like Slim said, use genuine Ricoh toner.

Sounds like overtoning to me. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
          1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
          2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
          3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
          4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
          5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

I've had this problem numerous times. The other techs are on the money.

Replace the entire imaging unit (PCU) with a brand new original 1. If that's not possible then replace drum, developer and cleaning blade (all original) . Also transfer roller and put in original toner.

Don't forget to initialize the unit. This will definitely sort the problem out.

Check your voltages before and after the replacement of spares.

            All the best friend.

Bonus tip! Change the machine if you can. It's already more than 15 years old
