The next day one of the users stopped printing and I cannot find the problem, I tried using every TS port and a few others but it either disappears (I print a test page and it doesn't show in the queue) or shows error and sits in the queue, is there anything I can try?
Considering that the MP C3002 was introduced 20 years ago, how where they printing to it previously, or did they just purchase it used?

What platform is the Server 2019 virtual server running on?

How was the driver installed for the user that is having problems and is that user on the same computer as the day before?

take what I write with a grain of salt!
I enjoy playing with virtual machines, to test various systems, especially linux versions, personally I see that something that works one day may not work the next.
still use ricoh pcl6 driver Ver.1.9.0.0 (NOT UNIVERSAL please!), what do you print from? it could be a problem with the client's management program (?) ... or much more easily some port of a switch that messes everything up
I would also try to search on the VM forum
