We moved a customers Ricoh to a new location. IT guy called me and they cant open the webpage of the copier.
- 503 Service not available.
- I can ping the machine.
- It acquires its correct IP via DHCP.
- Scans fail.
- When I try to open System Settings or Printer Settings, I get a screen that states "This function is currently unavailable. Please try again later".
- If I keep trying I eventually can get in and look at the network settings, change the ip address and do all the normal networks changes. but still cant print,scan or bring up the webpage.
- No other obvious issues
- Going to try a F/W update Monday morning.
- I don't typically deal with Ricohs but never saw this on a Konica either.
