tech changed the ITB, but says he forgot to connect the small connector on the fuser to the right side, after boot up the machine, all the lights are now on and wont re set, after re connecting the small connector, after booting down and unplugging the machine before he re connected the fuser, Is there a master reset on these? the actuators are working for the doors. seemingly, thanks for any ideas

Wow....how/ why is anyone still putting money into that old thing?
Anywho.....let's just say, I have ZERO experience with that model.
If I'm not mistaken, they required "Smart organizing monitor" software which was installed along with the original Driver package software in order to view and reset Printer errors...but I may be mistaken

I'm not shure if this happened because of the forgotten connector - it might have been just a dumb coincidence due to the power cycle/age of the printer.
You can try a few more power cycle an see if it comes up at some point. Do you hear any engine sounds/fans/motors? 24V might be gone for some reason.
What happen if you start the printer with an open engine cover?
Resetting errors requires entry to the service mode but I think the problem is that it does not boot up at all.Comment
