I have replace laser unit (LD unit) and bicu pcb..still come up sc204 but only when color print and copy

Did you fit a new or used LSU & follow the procedure in the service manual ?

Try updating the firmware.

I replaced used one,the procedure u mean the c and a adjustment?

Have you changed the whole laser unit? Have you performed SP2-111-004: Forced Line Position Adj. Mode d? If it's still the same, try changing the IPU PCB.

check the ground plate of the ITB cleaning unit, and the spring contact of transfer roller, can create electric noise, look the bullettin that i attached.

Sweet - that bulletin reminded me of older MPC generations (I think MPC4000/5000) and occasional ground issues with the right door/transfer roller holder assembly - they also triggered LD/polygon motor SC codes.
