Ricoh Pro C7100 harness and interconnectors

    Hi

I just had an issue with one of the inter connectors in the registration unit towards on the main frame (female) side.
Am I missing the harness and inter connectors part numbers in the manual or it just isn't there.
    Thank you in advance.

Look in the Point to Point.

      Thank you.
After your information, I did check it, it has sensors, motors, switches, PCB's etc but no harness/inter connectors or their part numbers.
I think I am missing something...

Years ago Ricoh went to putting the part numbers for harnesses in the Point-to-Point diagram, only. You are not looking at the Point-to-Point diagram as it does not have numbers for sensors, motors, switches, PCB's etc.

Did you manage to find it? If not, I believe you might want D1945223.

I did find the harness route but failed to understand, if it would include the inter-connector(as this was the problem).
So, to ensure that we do not have the downtime, we extracted a C751 fusing connector (same) , which was sitting ideal and soldered it to the existing (C7100) harness.
I did try to remove the wire from the connector but they would not come out so my only option was to cut wire with the inter connector and solder the wire where it was needed.
Eventually, it worked out fine and we were able to up the production device in 48 hrs.
              Thank you.
