    Ricoh MPC 3502, 3503 etc

I have a MPC3502 at a library, the staff is telling me that the machine is having trouble reading a good amount of flash drives (but not all) that are inserted into the USB port. Are there certain parameters for what the copier usb port will read, memory capacity, stored memory amount on the thumb drive etc? And is there any way to increase that or any suggestions on how to make the machine accept more?

    Thanks.

Flash drive size might be the problem. Some machines were limited to 2 GB and not even all 2 GB work. Also not all files can be printed from memory devices. On the 02 file size and total size of all selected files is limited to 1 GB. I seem to recall that there were restrictions on the file types that can be printed using Print Direct from a memory device.
