    Back to the basics:

    1.
Check if the paper has been placed properly and if the size matches what the MFP detects and display in the tray icons.

    2.
Use the internal "trimming area" test pattern to both check and if needed adjust the print image properly for all trays and duplex.

    3.
Once this is OK you can check and adjust the scanner and finally the DF.

If the copy registration looks "okayish" it's still possible that some retard who serviced the machine before you fiddled around with the scanner adjustments first to compensate a bad printer alignment with test copies

Edit: PS - afterwards you might check the egde erase margins, too. Unless "borderless print" isn't enabled there sshould be a white border ~5mm leading edge and 3mm all other edges..

the wrong margin, is it equal to the millimeter on all printed sheets, or is the measurement random? ....try to uninstall the printer driver, and reinstall, use pcl6

        I agree with the partner.
