    As I asked before:

    1. Fiery or internal print controller?

    2. What application?

    Also, what type of port?

    The 2 models are obviously somewhat different, and may need to be printed to differently.

        Do you happen to know what the jam code is that they get? Are the 11X17 sheets corner stapled or center stapled and folded?

            Did you update the finisher firmware along with the machine firmware?

            What version is the finisher firmware?

            What finisher do you have?

            What is the jam code?
