Any condensation on the fuser exit guide when the paper gets stuck?

I think he was referring to damp paper, which in my opinion should jam after many pages and not the first sheet .... right?
Is it the same machine as the thread: Ricoh, Savin, Gestetner, Lanier?

When he didn't get an answer to this one within an hour, he posted the other one which is actually a violation of one of the General Rules. No wonder he has accumulated so many Red Cards.

If you zoom in you can see the paper is rolled/pressed together behind the fuser exit guide flap - so the fuser is pushing OK but there's no transport happening in the paper exit area. It's either a mechanical thing (sticky duplex gate, drive failure, obastacle) or a sensor problem. Shouldn't be hard to find out with some SP input/output check testings.

Correct. Have had paper damp enough to jam on first page coming out fuser/exit section or even sticking to transfer roller or drum in severe cases.

Yeah paper might be an option if this an occasional jam or a "monday morning" thing.

If I may add a suggestion, I would try to try the orientation of the sheet horizontally (A4 -> A4-R) and perform a test to check if it gets stuck in the same area.
With the orientation changed, the device works at a slower speed, allowing the heat to be better distributed by the paper.
At least to me this has gotten me out of some trouble when the paper had some moisture and the client is annoyed that he blames the xD paper ha ha ha!!!!
