1 gig card or smaller works best.

Anything larger could fail. If you have trouble finding one that small, Minitool Partition Wizard can create a 1GB partition on a larger card.

        Re: firmware update

A Big thankyou to all my friends on the Forum for all you contributions to solve my issue with the 907ex machine
I formatted the SD card with FAT 16 and then loaded the Firmware onto the card the machine is able to recognize the card on the good controller.
I have 3 controllers of which one is good and working the other 2 are throwing up the code SC816 that is
why i decided to load firmware which might solve the issue but I am not able to load the firmware because
the error pops up , any suggestions??
        thanks

When you say controller do you mean the the controller PCB or the entire controller box? If the box, service manual says replace the IOB PCB. Check for lose connections first.

            Re: firmware update

Entire controller box the problem is not related to IOB PBC
If it was then the controller which is good will throw up the same code SC816

I still use an older 1G card but am mostly using 2G cards. Personally, I have found anything larger does indeed have problems. So I would feel safe in recommending up to that capacity.
