That service mode information is not to be posted on an open forum, would you take that post down please?
If not, maybe we can get the moderator to remove it.

Just to clarify, are you referring to MP C2000 or IM C2000?

He said there was no yellow key. I believe that the MP has a yellow key as it only came with a normal operation panel. It was a slowed down version of the MP C2030 at only 20 ppm and was available as a basic copier with SPF as an option.

True. SP mode access should not be posted.

Document Server function will have the keypad on its screen no matter the old or new modes...

I have tried bringing up the screen through those ways that is why i had to bring it here. According to the manual "This machine has a service menu. For how to enter the SP Menu mode, contact the supervisor in yourbranch office". Please note this is an M C2000 not an IM C2000.

Yes the keypad is popping up but the Reset button is not available to complete the key combination.

M C2000 came out after I was made redundant so I can’t help you. I thought you might have had MP C2000 same as MP C4500 over 15 years old.

That procedure is Ricoh company confidential information. They have already changed the default because too many unauthorized people knew the old one.

Look on the serial number plate. There should be a Produce Code, probably a D followed by 3 or 4 additional numbers or letters. that product code will tell us exactly what model you have.

Have you tried using the Classic Copier like sandmanmac suggested?

I m must admit that I initially assumed he was referring to an IM C2000 in the original post, then later thought it might be an MP C2000.
I just googled a Ricoh M C2000 and it is apparently a model in India (?)
I didn't spend much time, but it's an oddball for sure.
The brochure didn't show the OP panel very well, but it definitely isn't an SOP, nor does it seem to resemble an MP C2000. It sort of looks like a larger version of the MP301 OP Panel from what I can tell .
I'd ask the poster to provide a picture of the OP panel if possible? I have ZERO documentation about this one.

The only thing I can find are drivers and the Operation Manual. Available on Ricoh, Ricoh-Europe and Ricoh-SA(South America). Driver download also reference the G3020c possibly a printer only version. There is no Clear modes key. Maybe if Debs logs in she might be able to pull up some information at the help desk.

I have just managed by Ricess a query about this, by coincidences of fate, we are in the process of making sales of this model. If you provide me with the instructions, then I send them to you privately, to whoever needs it.
