Re: RICOH M C2000 SP MODE???
He said there was no yellow key. I believe that the MP has a yellow key as it only came with a normal operation panel. It was a slowed down version of the MP C2030 at only 20 ppm and was available as a basic copier with SPF as an option.Comment

Re: RICOH M C2000 SP MODE???
I have tried bringing up the screen through those ways that is why i had to bring it here. According to the manual "This machine has a service menu. For how to enter the SP Menu mode, contact the supervisor in yourbranch office". Please note this is an M C2000 not an IM C2000.Comment

Re: RICOH M C2000 SP MODE???
I m must admit that I initially assumed he was referring to an IM C2000 in the original post, then later thought it might be an MP C2000.
I just googled a Ricoh M C2000 and it is apparently a model in India (?)
I didn't spend much time, but it's an oddball for sure.
The brochure didn't show the OP panel very well, but it definitely isn't an SOP, nor does it seem to resemble an MP C2000. It sort of looks like a larger version of the MP301 OP Panel from what I can tell.
I'd ask the poster to provide a picture of the OP panel if possible? I have ZERO documentation about this one.

Re: RICOH M C2000 SP MODE???
I have just managed by Ricess a query about this, by coincidences of fate, we are in the process of making sales of this model. If you provide me with the instructions, then I send them to you privately, to whoever needs it."ALL WILL BE WELL" The battle cry that most inspires me to follow, from the DC's Comic character that I admire the most. And I feel satisfied with being better every day, and with using Gnu-Linux as my usual Operating System.Apologies for my English, it's not my mother tongue and I'm helping the translator.Comment
