I agree, I imagine it was an oversight and they either didn't update the 7210 manual or just figured it was close enough to the others and didn't include it.

Where did you see it on the 8300 page? I still don't see it, I must be overlooking it?

Download the 8300 Service manual and it is in the Service manual for the 8300. I just opened the manual and it is in that manual. Also I found it in the Pro 5300 service manual as well

Generally the error codes and sp codes are in the base model, not the accessory manuals.
