using correct paper weight settings. tried other weight settings still get intermittent J008
in theory of operation the pick up roller drops down by a solenoid then gets driven by a connector gear to the feed roller. the feed roller shaft is also the pick up roller drive. the shaft is driven from M54 motor in back wall of machine. off the motor is to belts that connect the drive.
The customer has done over 400 k in bypass with no problems. its on its 2nd lot of pick up/ feed and sep rollers and torque clutch (for sep roller)
    1. was thinking could i be having a motor m54 stuttering?
    2. could the drive belts (from motor to white drive hub operation be slacker after by pass use?
JUST WONDERING HAS ANYONE ELSE HAD THIS ISSUE?
    thanks
    Ben

they only got fitted 22 days ago mate. Just not had this issue on these models so its a little baffling. there is no clutch in the pick up rotation system. had on other manufactures models this type of issue and the clutch has resolved it

      thanks

Check for a dirty or bad sensor. Unless you are using top quality paper, lint can be a huge problem for production machines. Also 22 days can be an eternity for a production machine. Forget about the number of days and look at the feed counters.
