Ricoh boots with sc590-36 error. What is this error about?

Paper Transport Motor 2 Error
Motor driver IC error has been detected. Always monitored except when
a cover is open.
1. Connector disconnected
2. Harness broken or shorted
3. Motor defective (motor coil broken or shorted)
4. PCB defective
1. Reconnect the connectors between the motor and IOB2 (including
relay connectors).
2. Replace the harness between the motor and IOB2.
3. Replace the motor.
4. Replace IOB2. -

You have two ways for solve this issue:
1 - replace IOB2 (part number is M2055329)
2 - replace the relay FTR-K2AK005T on IOB2 PCB in the exit unit
Second way is not easy but is cheaper.Comment
