    MP5054 fault contr.board

    Hi

    Seems that the netwerk interface is out after a power loss in then building
    Interface on board, is the controll board compatable with the MP3054 ?

      According to the parts catalog they have different parts numbers.

        I don't think they are compatible. I think 2554 and 3054 are compatible.

        Also I think 5054 and 4054 are compatible.

          You forgot the 35 in the slower group and the 60 in the faster group. Looking at the Product Support Guide there are a lot of things that are different.

            Ricoh Control Boards are all model specific and that is why they have different part numbers.

                I have never seen that before; we always use the same nvam chip and its always worked. We have had to replace over a dozen control board in last week due to Ian and Power surges and it just taking out network side. Made a bunch $ but donated all profit to

                  The NVRam chips are the same but not al the controller boards are. In the parts catalog for the 5054 there are actually 6 different part number shown. Primary difference is which region of the world they were produced for.

                  Older models where the SPDF was an option when ordering a new machine, the reason you could not order it as an add on to an existing machine was it required a different controller for the CIS to connect to.
