[Error Code] SC 502. Mpc407

Optional tray 2 for this machine codes out when paper level gets low. Fully loaded will lift and display paper set. With maybe 1/4 full it will lift but code out with 502.
Have replaced tray, which is only plastic part, had to transfer hardware fron original tray. Replaced lift motor , ,sensors on rear of machine that tray flags, and pcb controller. TIA.

SC 50X normal has to do with the tray lift motor where X is the tray with the problem.

Try to remove the tray and check if have any paper was stuck inside at the tray lift motor.

Wrong machine & I suspect this was the first thing he checked.
