    Ricoh Pro C5310 Faded/light prints or copies

    Ricoh Pro C5310 very faded/light copies all color, replaced all drum and developer, ITB assembly, transfer unit. looks like an image from ITB, the image is not getting transferred to the paper please advise me. Meter count 20k color 22k black. enclosed a sample copy

    Looks like the bad NVRAM on the controller board.
    Try to print the test page from Printer SP mode SP1-103-002 Color Chart
    Please send scanned image of the printed pages.

      Are you using the paper catalogue, I've had issues where this was corrupt causing similar issues?

            I downloaded the NVRAM onto the SD card. And cleared the NVRAM and uploaded the NVRAM from the SD card to the copier back.it fixed the problem. All good

              You download the NVram into an SD card from which site?.

                From the C5310 to the SD card. Instructions are in the service manual. If you do not have or cannot understand the service manual, you should not be even trying to work on a Production machine.
