I have a white copy of my aficio 450, can any body help me.
And a problem that the copy does not get out of the machine, but there's no error code popping at the panel.

Make sure your original is face up when you run it through the document feeder.

print of the meter reading if you have an image then your not putting the orginals the right way

I also think you have a mirror motor dying on you-or it's probably dead by now.

Do an internal meter print.

Had this problem last week. DV unit seized causing paddle roller to break causing blank copies.

but first Make sure originals are set correctly.

Check DV unit gears.
