Hello there , I have a big problem and I just can`t imagine what else to do.I have these SC errors 120 121 101 , the machine work normal on print only when using platen glass and ADF will pop these errors.
I changed the following :
-entire scaning unit chasis from a machine that works
-all the electronics board inside including SBU , BICU, HP sensor,Laser unit, everything you can think.

And still the error will not go away.
If you have any ideas please .

I would suspect the cable between the SIO board on the back of the scanner unit and the BICU or the BICU.

Hello, thx for replies!

I have found other technicians who worked at magenta pump and the wire from the pump was wrecked and causing a shorcircuit or a mass. Now it's fully working.
