    sp c360 printer sc 332-01

Hi, All. I'm not very familiar with these printers, and the code indicates a toner supply problem with black. The smc indicates that this has been an intermittent issue since October. A reboot clears the code. I have a PCU coming to install soon, and I just wondered if any of you have run into this issue on this model. Thanks, Mika.

hi Mika, try to verify that the toner cartridge, when inserted with its rocking movement, really reveals the small toner input cover on the pcu, the same code happened to me last week, on another model, it was the plastic mold of the cartridge itself (I think) did not mate well ... in my that case i could change the springs with 2 harder ones that push the gr.development against the cartridge, in any case, if the window is on the pcu, (as in my case) eventually you can also eliminate it the input cover, so much so that you don't have to put the machine upside down...lol
