Look at the area where the paper just exits from the machine. You should see a small black plastic arm. Make sure it has not become stuck in the up position or knocked out of place.

You post does not mention what the jam code, Jxxx, and you pictures are of very bad quality. That makes it almost impossible to determine exactly what the problem is with your machine.

1} Agreed with Slimslob and the other engineers, your pictures are really unclear. If we can't see anything it makes it difficult for us to help you
2) From your description :
Copyaction is correct, check for the small black arm. Make sure its out and can freely move up and down.
3) if you remove the small front white and black cover (about 6 inches by 6 inches) where the paper comes out you will be able to see where the end of that arm makes a sensor. Next to that sensor is another identical sensor. As a temporary measure you can swap to 2 sensors. This should help resolve the issue and give you time to order some new sensors.

Yes those pictures are unreadable.

unfortunately, our friend Tullio, as a photographer is a landslide .... maybe he does it on purpose to make us commit more ... LOL
