Does anyone have reference as to what this part is please? I have one on the shelf but no idea what machine is is for. Even Google doesn't know!

At one time Ricoh-USA used to have a consolidated parts cross reference where they listed every part they sold and the model(s) that used them. Anyone know if that is still available. Or if it is a type of part used during a PM, check the current PM-KIT list.

Everything I see shows it's for the C306, however is it possible it's for a different region?

Yorry - You're right tbh I assumed it's vice versa due to the info that ther fuser put out an error message in a MPC306.
I actually have a used MPC306 and check the S/N plate and yes - it says D219.

Might be just a mislabeled unit.
