Ricoh C6003 no icon is displayed

hello everyone!
I've a big issue with my C6003 which cannot dipay anything on the home screen!
I tried to reboot the machine then tried to update the firmware in vain!
could any one help!

What do you see on the screen, nothing at all? or does it start to boot and then stop? if so, what do you see? What firmware did you try?

Did you update the Cheetah firmware or just the machine package ?

What do you see on the screen, nothing at all? or does it start to boot and then stop? if so, what do you see? What firmware did you try?

it boots and you can hear the everything is fine like if there is no issue! few seconds the screen show up without any icons, look at the image: IMG_0433.jpg - Google Drive

I'm a newbie in this field but I can learn quickly how to do anything you told me to do!
For the method I used only machine update package!
I do not have the firmware and I do not how to flash without having access to the machine via cable!

Have you tried pressing any of the items that appear on the homepage, or swiping the screen in one direction or the other to see if it brings up anything?

Remember you are looking at an Android desktop. The 3 dots at the bottom right might that there are 3 pages screens. Swiping them or tapping one of them also might move to another page.

The finger nail moon in the upper right corner most likely means it is in Sleep Mode, tapping it might wake it up.

The rectangle with the 6 dots is one of the Android symbols for additional apps that can be added. You may just need to add the required apps.

Do you at least have a service manual? If not place a request in the appropriate forum for requesting manuals.

Unplug hard drive and restart to see if you're hard drive puked

If you say you don't know how, then you're in over your head and need a proper tech.

He is in over his head IMHO. I doubt if he has a service manual as he said he doesn't know how to flash firmware without a cable, it is in the manual.

I can swipe between the three pages but nothing is shown and even if I push the finger nail moon it does not change anything!

I'm in a rural place and there is no tech near here! qualified techs are about 300 kms from here!
