Ricoh C5200 Faded Printing on Y and M

Hi all! I purchased a used Ricoh c5200. It was never turned on, but when I finished installing it, it failed dems. I replaced the developer for all colors however it continue failing DEMS and Fulll Music. I was able to identify that it prints very well the K and C, but I have issues with the Y and M. I swapped the Y PDCU with the C PDCU and it printed very well the Yellow on the C location but not the Cyan on the Yellow location. Any suggestion? I was thinking that it may be a problem with the laser unit of Y and M which is the same. I also tried cleaning the laser glass with the provided tool with no success. I will appreciate if you can help me.

What sort of mileage does this thing have on it?
It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

    Hit it.

Probably 100 copies, It was a machine that was never used. It was stores in a non controlled room and transportation was not the best.

Judging by the fault finding you have done by swapping the PCDU's over, it only really leaves two things, laser or ITB. It could be the Y and M ITB drum bias rollers are sticking down slightly.

I was able to resolve issue... It was the laser power supply cable that was disconnected. Apparently that happened during transportation.

That was a good find, you suspected the laser when you first had this issue. However it can't have been the 'laser power supply cable' I would have expected an error code.
