Hello, i have a ricoh mpc 301 machine, error message is running out of ink continuously even though the ink cartridge has been replaced, using command 107 to supply ink a few times, the machine stops showing an error but after running a few dozen sheets, it says to replace the new ink tank, continue run command 107, get error sc 500, take out the drum to pour ink, then run again normally, then report the same error again, please help me where is the errorthanks you so much

Possible that the auger inside the PCU is bad or something is wrong with the toner bottle drive or the toner hopper is faulty.
Sometimes the plug from the old bottle is involved if the mechanic didn't inserted it back to the bottle during replacing.

If the PCU is bad usually the toner entrance is totally full of toner up to the opening/shutter - that's easy to inspect.

I'd suspect broken drive gears in the back of pcdu, seen it many many times
Time for a new pcdu assy imo
