IM 350 Blocked (Authentification)

Hello everybody

I bought an IM 350 the last week. When I start it, a message appear : "CIRATO AUTHENTIFICATION" (with NFC cards I think) but no lector and no card...
I try to uninstall all the appli "Cirato" on the SOP but there is an extended function whitch is install on the copier but I can not uninstall the function because the copier takes a long time to display and disconnect from the Admin mode...

Have you an idea how I can reset the machine ? I already try an RAM clear (I save in 5-824 before in cas of) but its same...

You should look for the birth certificate sheet first and then reset / memory clear.

I just find the solution. I reset the copier by the administrators tool and it's ok. It takes +/-3 hours
