IMC3000. SC672-21

Hi

Customer called, first said that the image was suddenly bad, see picture.
Then, after restarting the machine it was given a SC672-21 error !

again, customer restarted the IMC3000, now it tries to start up but after 30sec a "shutdown" screen enters and machine shuts off.

Today when arriving at customer, only see that the machine starts up and shutt off after 30seconds. No SC672-21

I guess the control board is defect, because of the SC672-21 in an earlier stage?
nut sure . . .changed the HDD, no results . .

Anyone another suggestion before ordering a controll board?

Try and start without LAN connection, open doors + firmware SD card (controller slot).

A bad controller can happen so you can bring a loaner from a parts donator if you have one and this is a contract scenario
or you like to be shure before ordering a new CTB. Just swap the NVRams.
