Clean the steel axis in which the stapler runs with a cotton cloth and degreaser, even for kitchen use, then lubricate with synthetic or silicone oil

Can you point me to which steel axis you are referring to?

If you have the booklet the whole staples part should come out just pulling the whole section out and then you will notice the steel axle

First of all, I do not see a listing in the service manual for SC720-00. SC720-75 is Stacking sponge roller motor Occurs during the operation of the stacking sponge roller motor. This could be the motor for the exit tray sponge rollers or the one that helps stack the paper on the main staple tray.
