This customer has had a couple of issues on this mc and its fairly new I normally would have been happy that it has recovered and its working but I am just asking to see if anyone else has had this issue on this model
The firmware update from the screen comes back and says its the latest version which it is
So I am hoping it was just a one off random error code but just asking to see if any one has any ideas

I don't have that model around, but for such a problem I would try to do this:
1 - save machine data on sd-card "sp-5-824" and address book via wim, or sp-5-846-051 (generaly)
2 - hdd format or replace (depending)
3 - reset sp 801 (all)
4 - reload data from sd "sp-5-825"
5 - firmware update (I see that it has a nice full-bodied package), and I try

p.s. i checked any txt files to see if there was anything about sc990 inside the package, but they didn't put any
