    ricoh 7001

    Paper jam at DF. Original paper exits about 2cm from the exit of DF and stops . The same when making 2-sided copies.
    I think it is the sensor just after the Df belt ( pert number AW01 0117, paper feed sensor) . Am i right?

    Have you already cleaned everything there? You could swap the sensor with another one to be sure....

      How about the Jam code, J???. That will tell us a lot more than where the lead edge of the paper ends up at.

        Be sure to clean the black pads on the other side of the sensors.......
