Hmm, SC621, that has to do with the mail box.

Did you export the logging data and look at it when you first started having the problem? Trouble shoot and repair those reported errors. Also trouble shoot those update errors.

I have checked the fusing temperature of the machine. The temperature is low. But there is no error code generated. I checked the harnesses and they all look ok. Thermostats are ok. Any suggestions gents. I am out of ideas now.

Maybe a bug is preventing something from normal startup....Try replacing the toners one at a time. Try resetting all functions. If the machine is connected to a network unplug the cable , disable all the various connections , if a fax card is installed remove it. If you have the birth certificate sheet try clearing the memory, that would be an extreme case but perhaps the cheapest, FW updated?

          Well look at you:
On one occasion something similar happened to me in MP4002 and it was the damaged current stabilizer, 90 volts arrived even so the machine said ready, it did not show an error, it did not heat up enough and the same thing had happened to me in a Panasonic DP4530.

Now in an MPC5502 it was the toner chip reader card.

In an mpc 407 black toner chip damaged and they did the same thing, "ready" but no motor moved.

          sometimes the machines annoy absurdly.
