Arrogant ? It was not my intention. Maybe the translation is clumsy.I thought changing the drum would fix the problem. If this is not the case, I will change printer, I do not have the means to bring in a technician (private use). What bothers me is that I have a large stock of toners for this model, but the 306/307 makes me want

"Cocky" >>> "Arrogant" is a Loose translation the connotations are slightly different. In the U.S. Cocky has more wry humor associated with it. I might refer you to Han Solo talking to Luke Skywalker in SW IV "A New Hope."

Reason: error
Last month I had a customer call in morning that Toner waste box was full. Told them Ill be there in about an hour with one. Walked in and changed waste box but meter sheet was almost completely blank, so I did a test color sheet and also blank. Then their IT guy came up and said he dump the waste boxes, but it didn't reset machine. He removed each IU and sat there and dump out all the developer. still don't know how he got them so empty, and it didn't code out after i changed waste box. Now needs 4 DVs. Owner was not happy with this invoice.
xD xD xD A few years ago I had an exactly the same case. I do not understand this habit that users have, in "trying" to do a job that they do not know practically everything.
Even technicians who have been in this sector for years, we find some "weird" things sometimes.
"ALL WILL BE WELL" The battle cry that most inspires me to follow, from the DC's Comic character that I admire the most. And I feel satisfied with being better every day, and with using Gnu-Linux as my usual Operating System.Apologies for my English, it's not my mother tongue and I'm helping the translator.
