Greetings. please i need in clearing SC 664-01 on Ricoh MP5503. the machine literally comes on but that's just all, no noise from any moving block or roller from inside. with this code on the display board, no other function or operation can be carried out.

i agree with slim..... though i am not finding that model of ricoh on the tsrc website. and it is not in my list of already downloaded materials. good luck

You can turn off the machine completely, wait for a few minutes, and then turn it back on. Sometimes a simple restart can resolve temporary glitches.
