    Which phone are you using?

    Sometimes you need to add the IP of the printer manually rather than search.

    Also updating the firmware can help.

          Does AirPrint work ?

          Also turn on IPV6 on the copier that may also help.

            Just tried IPV6, same issue
            Also on AirPrint, no airprint printers found

            How can I go about getting the firmware?

                Yes that tool is a little unreliable.

                Check you have AirPrint & Bonjour enabled (you can check this via the WIM / webpage)
