IMC2000, Paper jam, pull 2 paper.

Hi, IMC2000 pulling 2 paper instead of 1, causing paper jam. Try print counter, it will take 2 paper(there are some weird/hard noise) and jam like picture attached. Both tray 1 and 2 same, it detect A4 portrait. Already try service feed assembly, change IOB paper transport, motor feed.

    Any help?

I'll throw it away..lol....didn't the white plastic clip of the separation roller fall out?

if 1 and 2 tray have same problem, try to toggle "auto" and fix in A4 the paper tray in user tools, for watch what happen

Could possibly be chain feeding. Caused by static build up and results in the last few inches of the first sheet dragging the next.

You should try to unstick the paper. Looks like sheets are eletro-staticly stuck.

Same problem if you try feeding in the bypass ?

Lol. I wish can just throw away the machine.
White clip holding roller still intact. Try set tray paper as A4 also the same.

Any idea how to discharge the static? Try using new paper and recycle paper. Both the same.
            Using bypass, work fine.

You simply take your ram of paper and "fan it" on every edge.
I'm not native english speaker, as "fanning", I mean separating each page quickly with your thumb, as you would do in a book.
This way, the static electricity sticking each page together vanishes.

I remembered now that some technicians from a dealer we work with had a similar, if not the same, problem months ago and it was the harness of the PTR unit, which is pinched/broken inside in the machine, try to check it, or replace it with another.
