MP C2504 white Black color issue

    Hello Everyone,

I've replaced toner (4 colors) for my C2504ex, colors
(C/M/Y) are printing fine, but Black isn't good.
removed Drum unit and turned magnetic pin, the first printing looks a little bit fine, but start being white from second, Third ...
Black tonner is well filled in unit.
Do you have any Idea how to solve it ?

    Thank you !

Contact a qualified technician to take a look at the machine.

A good tech makes it look easy. Then the customer says "Hell, I'll do it myself, after all, how hard could it be?"

It's not as easy as some might think.

Oh, by the way, he's in Casablanca, maybe he can get Bogart to fix it.

Typical customer: - It has poor quality, I change the toner cartridges.
Technician: - This is not the printer you buy to use at home.

Probably a bad black photoconductor unit. Very common on that model.

I see in your profile that you are not a technician, so I simply ask you to send us the print counter, and let us know if and what has been replaced in the past on the machine, in order to do a more detailed analysis as possible
