MPC4503 noise

Hi,

Custommer called for noise when loading paper in cassette 2
lift motor is working, but at the end it gives a noise as if gears not turning
Paper feed is allright, also no jams when using cassette 2

lift motor?

Yup. Tray lift motor. The gear on the motor inside crack causing noise.
