I've seen it happen. MP C2550 would not print. Cycle power and everything in the server queue would print. A few minutes with no new jobs and it would stop again. Turned out to be a 5 year old 32 port switch. After the switch was replaced people who had been having trouble accessing the internet were no longer having trouble.

Re: Savin 7502 Printing Slow Problem

I've had similar issues with some of my clients.

And I agree with what some of the other engineers have said, it could be a network related issue. In my cases the clients had old or faulty network switches, wiring, routers... Etc.

Your best bet is to take a laptop and connect it directly to the machine via: 1) crossover cable and 2) USB printer cable.
When you connect the crossover cable try to print the same documents that the client was printing. If it comes out ALOT FASTER, then you need to inform the customer that they need to upgrade or repair their network. And you can bill them for that if you do networking

If you try the crossover cable and see no improvement try to print using the USB printer cable. This can indicate if the network port is damaged.

Try doing a memory clear on the printer app 5-801-009. It wont harm or change any of your settings.

There is no PLC6 driver. If you mean PCL6 driver, which one? If it is any V4 Driver or a Driver for Universal Print, it is the wrong driver.

If you have a similar model, I would try swapping the RAM or formatting the HDD. It could be that the machine makes an adjustment every certain number of prints slowing down the printing, have you checked the PM?
