Total counter read MP C200W

Hello guys


I am looking for a guide to read the total counters on a Ricoh P C200W (Not MP C200W as I wrote in the subject by mistake - sorry) it should be something that “Jytte in reception” can follow. The printer has run out of toner, so printing the counter is not possible, can anyone help?

Have you tried connecting from the web, usually you will find all the information there

I have looked through the operation manuals available in the US and they have nothing on WIM or counters. It looks like you may have to type up one, include screen shots.

Another option might be Device Manager NX lite. It includes Installation and Operation manuals for most languages. You could provide it to the municipalities' IT people.

forget the WIM. go the the copier and look at the counter that way. you can view it or select to print it. all the ricohs i have dealt with are pretty much the same to access the count.

He said it was not a copier but just a printer. It does not have a display panel.
