    changing all pcu by parts

Good day i did these stepsp3701sp2005 and check the voltage correctionoff machineon machineThe issue is, some did print good image and colour but some machine didnt.(done on 2 machine MP C2004)These frequently happen on black colour where the printing is not solid and i did change the drum to the old one to make comparison where the old one did print darker than the new drum.(using the same developer unit)

Did you try reset at SP 3-701? Or do calibration after change it?

inserting the value 2-005-23x is the procedure, but it is not strictly necessary if you do the calibration (it is also written on the piece of paper in the PCU box), however it happens every now and then, first make sure you have obviously mounted the rear cover of the pcu, and then update the firmware, clean ID sensors, clean all laser glass gap, and sequentially do sp 3-001 all.
usually when it happens I replace the pcu and developer unit... strictly new, just unpacked, and it's fine.

ya if its not about the cost, will also change both dev and the pcu and easily solve this but we are on budget and change the pcu by parts.
weird thing is when i swap back the old drum only, the black become slightly darker.hoping that there is a way to increase the darkness of black printing beside force tonner.thanks for the tips,i will try your suggestion

the force toner supply, on used groups, lasts about fifty prints, then everything goes back to the way it was before, however the differences between the two PCUs could be the charging roller, try inverting them, I would try washing them well with hot water and soap by hands, without sponge or rag

could it be the drum?bcz i used the same cover pcu and change all this parts (cleaning blade, drum, charging roller, brush roller). Then when i test print and its not dark,i changed the drum only(using the old drum)and the rest is new parts (cleaning blade, charging roller, brush roller).and after swaping to the old drum i didnt make any setting and just straightly print and the printout is darker that the all new parts assemble
