Good day, anyone with Experience on with the J050 jam code on a Rich Mono Copier. The paper Jams with a bit of it in the exit unit and most of it in the fusing unit.

Except for the Baron, I can't find the Jam code J050 in any Ricoh manual. Is the paper damaged at the leading edge? Is the paper size of the tray set correctly?

maybe, perhaps the plastic fuser unit guide (the open/close one with the spring on the side) could be deformed by the heat, also clean the paper exit rollers well, set the energy saving to 1-2 minutes max. on that model, set sp 1-996-005 to 90 sec. to increase the running time of the hot air exhaust fan

From the service manual "Paper does not reach the registration sensor (from the by-pass tray)." If not using the bypass but are trying to duplex, problem with duplex gate.
