[CQ] Mp9002 td sensor error sc360-11

Dear all,
I hope you all are fine.
I have mp9002 which have copy/print quality issues.
I change brand new opc drum developer complete maintenance kit after fixing all things I go to system and run sp2801 machine runs for 1 minute and then failed message pop up with error beep when I exit from system sp panel displays sc360-11. Sp2220 vref 2.50 and VT 1.06
I restart machine and try to run sp2962 it complete on its first run when I check sp3902 auto process value 0.
I restart machine again and initialize ID sensor machine runs and stop with normal beep but 'complete"message not pop up and panel hanged unable to exit from sp mode.
Print quality was very bad on previous parts that's why I replaced maintenance kit.
Kindly guide me.

Were the front doors open when you ran Sp2801? Did you then leave them open until after you entered SP mode?

What type of quality issues were you having? What were the PM counters?

While you had the drum out did you properly clean the ID sensor?

Now for the biggie, you didn't by chance forget to connect the TD sensor?

Yes I cheat the door switches

What type of quality issues were you having? What were the PM counters?
too background in prints and print quality not stable, I replace maintenance kit after 600K

While you had the drum out did you properly clean the ID sensor?
ID sensor properly cleaned

Now for the biggie, you didn't by chance forget to connect the TD sensor?

I double check that is connector properly connected

It has never happened to me on that model, however, the manual gives the following options


• TD sensor defective
• TD sensor harness disconnected
• TD sensor connector disconnected or defective
• IOB defective


try keeping the developer unit inclined so as not to let the developer come out, remove the TD sensor, and clean the upper detection part, I noticed that that type of development unit tends to make sediment on the bottom of the unit, it is not difficult to find TD sensors with a crust of developer and dry toner on them.
or it could be faulty, it is a component that is rather sensitive to knocks and impacts, perhaps with the handle of the screwdriver you hit it a little too hard to get the deposits to come out when you emptied it(?) and encountered the sensor that it was about to break(?)
you said you already cleaned the contacts

Ok I have one more machine at same place I swap complete development unit hopefully we find something.
I can do it on Monday so update will come on Monday.

I don't know what the contact is like, but check the female, that is, the one that goes into the machine. I have seen them on other machines broken and generating this error

Please kindly check your development unit ass'y and try the rotate whether it is easily to rotate or hard? if hard to rotate please cleaning up and change developer brushing part No.D2233115
