So it was cut on the reel at the factory.
+ 1 on this. Poor quality / damp paper or high humid environment is usually the cause.

Hi, I had this problem several times with MPC3002 - it was always the foam exit rollers.

Curling paper for the MP CXX04 is almost always having skinny exit rollers instead of the fat ones. What happens when someone wants a normal input tray vs bridge unit to a finisher

HOWEVER, this is NOT the case for the MP Cxx03 series, they do not have the option to replace the exit rollers like you can on the 04 series.

I second moisture in the paper, fuser failing, messing with temp settings to compensate for compatible toner, or what slim said.

I live in Texas and as soon as the new season hits with the humidity, almost on cue I get tons of calls from customers saying there paper is curling. Not much you can do if it is humidity related besides storing it correctly or installing tray heaters (i think thats a thing)
