Ricoh SP C360DNw does not boot correctly

    [Misc] Ricoh SP C360DNw does not boot correctly

    When I switch on the printer it shows a message about reboot. I have only the German text. Google translates it this way:

    Start anew. AutoReset performed. Current/Standby jobs may not have completed. Please repeat current job settings.
    The text may differ from the original English message.

    Does anybody have an idea what I can do?

    Original cartridges? Can you log into WIM? If you log in, try updating the FW

      I can log into WIM. But I see neither print jobs nor error messages. But the display is stuck.

      I can not do anything more, because I lost my admin password. Do you know how to reset it?

        try to save the address book via wim, and format HDD by sp 5-832, and upgrade the firmware
