    Ricoh c3503 Noise

    Hi,

    Ricoh C3503 Development solenoid is giving noise. Solenoid replaced already.In I/O mode its orking fine. When checking Transfer Drum motor it gives noise.Becase slenid plunger is not down and it engages with the gear. Any suggestions?

    can be noise motor under load, but i should hear it

      The white locking plunger already wear off, try filing the edge of locking back to 90 degree in order for it to play when the solenoid is activated and release.
